Consumers are a right of withdrawal according to the following proviso, where consumers is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes, which can be borne predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken the last goods owned.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must (Pippa & Fritz GmbH, Bismarckstrasse 38, 50672 Cologne, Germany, Tel.: 0221 - 94586326, e-mail: email@example.com) by means of a clear explanation (eg with The post office sent letter or e-mail) to revoke this contract. You can use the attached pattern revocation form, which is not prescribed.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have all the payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from it, that you choose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day, to which the notification of their revocation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment, which they have used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with them; In no case will you charge charges due to this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have retained the goods or until they have provided proof that they have returned the goods, depending on which the earlier date is.
You have the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the date to which you teach us about the revocation of this contract, to us back to us. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
They carry the immediate costs of the return of the goods.
You have to pay for any loss of value of the goods only if this value loss is due to a handling of the goods to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
Affiliated / funded transactions
If you finance this contract through a loan and revoke it later, they are no longer bound to the loan agreement, unless both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are at the same time your lender or if your lender operates with regard to the financing of our participation. If the loan has already been added to us in response to the revocation or return of the goods, your lender occurs in relation to the legal consequences of the revocation or return to our rights and obligations from the financed contract. The latter does not apply if the present Treaty has the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currency or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual binding as largely as possible, you make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal.
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
