Traditional manual work
The Edition workshop polite & other figures has been created from the letterpress workshops. In cooperation with four former students, the head of Beate Dietz designs and produces many different papeteria products. The four artists combine a minimalist style with expressive colors in their illustrations. All products are manufactured by hand. Thus, each individual product is unique. The materials used ensure quality. Because of this, they use only powerful Friedrich Römer archive carton, which is known by its quality standards. Initially, they made a subtle selection of postcards, which are provided with a delicate color cut. Meanwhile, you have greatly expanded your product catalog. So you will find both greeting cards and posters as well as notepads and much more. The entire production takes place politely locally in the workshop. All products are printed on the Heidelberger crucible, a special printer press.
