TODDLE CHILD FROM GERMANY
Toddlekind was founded by Brit Samantha Brückner in 2018 when she was looking for beautiful play mats. Her daughter was just starting to crawl and she quickly realized that although a carpet could cushion the little one's falls when she tried to walk for the first time, it was not an ideal solution in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. A wipeable play mat seemed like the perfect solution, but Samantha couldn't find anything stylish that would fit into her modern home. This began their journey to develop a range of playmats made for children but also designed for parents. Since launch, Toddlekind's range has continued to expand and is now represented in 46 countries worldwide, where families have discovered the benefits of these versatile mats, which offer a unique combination of stylish design, comfort and practicality. Toddlekind is driven by the belief that childhood should be valued and playtime should be fun - without compromising on interior design. Founded in Germany in 2018, Toddlekind creates children's floor furnishing products that are both functional and beautiful.
Also interesting: The name Toddlekind is made up of two nationalities, just like Samantha's half-German, half-British family. Toddle describes how a small child walks and comes from the word “Toddler”, which means small child, and “Kind” is the German word for child.
