The Laurence King Verlag was founded in 1991 in London. Around 1500 books from different categories have been published since then. But only in 2009, the publishing program was expanded around children's books. From this point on, Laurence King published many innovative English-speaking children's books and from 2011 also games, such as memory and various puzzles.German-speaking titles were recorded in the portfolio from 2018. Especially by the children's book "Queen of the Coloring Books" by Johanna Baskford the publisher became known. The Scottish illustrator enthuses children as well as adults with their loving and detailed drawings.
